Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – $12.95
    Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS – Free for orders over $50
    Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your AlanPaine purchase. Our returns policy reflects the same reliability and straightforward approach that defines our classic British country attire.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Children’s Collection items (for health and safety reasons)
  • Any products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name and email address
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange (product name, size, quantity)
  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Pack the Item(s)

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number.

Step 4: Ship the Package

Send the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 5: Confirmation

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will email you within 5-7 business days to confirm the processing of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

After we approve your return, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Timing: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
